Refund policy


We hope you love your order from Little Lane Press, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in their original condition
  • returned in the original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your request has been approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • your item arrives damaged
  • you receive the wrong product
  • there is a fault with your order

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • personalised or custom-made products unless faulty

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
